Messy Natural Pompadour with Trunk - Celebrity Inspired Mens Hair Tutorial

From growing out my hair, I've found a new style I really like. My main inspiration for this was Alex Turner, with his slick elephant trunk hair style. This is my take on that style, where I've left it with a natural matte finish rather than a slick vintage look. I hope you find this helpful.

Halloweens Michael Myers finally speaks - and sounds a lot like James Corden. On CBS The Late Late Show last night, host Corden donned the old William Shatner rubber mask and sat for some very candid jailhouse interviews, a la Netflixs Making a Murderer. Breaking his eerie silence (as one seen-it-all sheriff describes it), Cordens chatty killer launches in with, “Yeah, uhh, I dont know where this whole he doesnt talk thing came from. ”Like Murderers Steven Avery before him, Myers denies his guilt, and adds that folks should just move on. “Yesterdays gone, tomorrow has not yet come. We have only today, he says, adding, Thats Mother Teresa. One of my faves. ”But even maskface gets flustered when video evidence is presented (a cold-blooded clip from the first Halloween). Yep, yep, yep, ok, that does look bad. But the killer is wearing a mask. Could have been anyone. Could have been you, Corden-as-Myers tells the interviewer..Whats your alibi? Wonder if she drinks beer?By the end of the bit, other killer pals will demonstrate their support, from Jason The Voormeister Voorhies to Leatherface, Freddy and Chucky. Asking What can we say that hasnt been said before, CBS Late Late Show host James Corden interrupted his show for a moment of silence last night, as photos of victims in Wednesdays Thousand Oaks mass shooting appeared, silently, on screen. Noting that the Borderline Bar & Grill in Thousand Oaks, California, the scene of the massacre, was only 30 miles from where he and his audience now sat, Corden explained that he struggled to find words to express the sadness, anger and heartbreak of yet another shooting. What can we say that hasnt been said, Corden asked his audience. “How do we continue to beg the leaders of this country to change this culture when they clearly wont, when votes and financing and tradition seem to matter more than peoples lives?”Corden concluding by expressing some small optimism. “I cling to the hope that the new members of Congress will step up where their predecessors let us down. ”Watch the Late Late Show segment above..

STEPHEN COLBERT AND JAMES CORDEN DIVVY UP SUPER BOWL AND AFC CHAMPIONSHIP LATE-NIGHT TIMESLOTS

CBS this morning unveiled  plans to promote its late-night shows and new series in plum timeslots following the AFC Championship Game and Super Bowl LII. Stephen Colberts Late Show won the Super Bowl Sunday derby, nabbing a special episode to air on February 3. Colberts show will air after the post-game premiere of CBSs new competition series The Worlds Best and late local news. The Worlds Best is hosted by another CBS late-night star, James Corden. Last month, CBS announced that upcoming high-profile reality series had landed the biggest launch platform possible. In addition to host Corden, the series features RuPaul Charles, Drew Barrymore and Faith Hill as judges, The Worlds Best hails from reality TV heavyweights Mark Burnett (Survivor, The Voice) and Mike Darnell (American Idol, Ellens Game of Games)..The move continues a CBS tradition of giving the cushy slot to Burnett reality , having 18 years ago used it to launch the second season of Burnetts Survivor which still reigns as the second most watched post-Super Bowl program  on record – 45. 4 million viewers. Meanwhile, Cordens Late Late Show is getting a special post-AFC Championship Game broadcast, on Sunday, January 20. Here too, Corden will follow late local news. And, CBS announced, immediately after the game, CBS will air a new episode of freshman series Magnum P. Guests for those special broadcasts of Late Show and Late Late Show will be announced at a later date, CBS said..
