Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas have been wedded for no less than two decades so ups and downs were bound to happen during such a long marriage. However, they have definitely managed to keep the love alive and now, the actress is sharing their secret with the world!
In November of last year, the two stars celebrated their 20 year anniversary which is as rare as it can be in Hollywood.
Catherine shared during a new interview for the Wall Street Journal that she truly enjoys her husband’s company and that has contributed a lot to their happy marriage staying happy and healthy for so many years.
Just like any other couple out there, however, they have had some ups and downs as well and their 25 years age gap has caused some issues more than once. ‘First of all, we have a lot of fun together. My husband’s 25 years older than me; that is not a secret. With any relationship, it would not be normal if there were not any ups and downs,’ she explained to he news outlet.
As for both of them being actors, she claimed that it’s actually helped a lot as far as their relationship is concerned.

A post shared by Catherine Zeta-Jones (@catherinezetajones) ‘The constant is love and respect. We have never, ever lost our sense of humor, and enjoy each other’s company. My husband and I just spend a lot of time together because, unlike many couples, we have never had a 9-to-5 job where it is consistent. We’re either on or we are off. I am really working 16 hours a day, or I am not. He is doing the same, or not. So we have had in our relationship huge amounts of time where we have been just us.’
Fans know that the actor couple has two kids together – 20 year old son Dylan and 17 year old daughter Carys. Source
